Public beta policy
Privacy Policy
Last updated July 25, 2026
This policy explains how SEO Consensus handles information when you use the public beta.
Information we process
We process the webpage URL, optional audience or goal, industry, country, and language that you submit.
We fetch the public HTML of the submitted page to produce the requested analysis. Extracted page content is sent to configured AI and keyword-data providers as needed, but it is not retained in the completed report.
We retain a query-free display URL, a keyed hash of the normalized URL, generated report data, provider usage metadata, cost estimates, timestamps, and pseudonymized network identifiers used for security and rate limiting.
If you arrive through a campaign link, we store first-party UTM attribution and a random anonymous session identifier so we can understand which launch communities lead to completed analyses. If you submit feedback, we store the feedback text with that attribution.
How we use information
We use this information to fetch and analyze the page, compare independent model recommendations, create the report and PDF, prevent abuse, enforce usage limits, diagnose failures, and control provider spending.
We do not sell personal information or use submitted page content for behavioral advertising.
Service providers
The service may send relevant page excerpts and request context to OpenAI and Anthropic, and keyword terms to DataForSEO. Cloudflare and the hosting and backup providers process technical data needed to deliver and protect the service.
Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Do not submit confidential, private, regulated, or personal information through a webpage URL or the optional context field.
Retention and storage
Anonymous reports are scheduled to expire after 24 hours unless a different retention period is displayed or required for security and legal purposes.
Encrypted database backups may be retained for up to seven days. Security, error, and billing records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary to operate and protect the service.
Cookies and local storage
We use a first-party security cookie to prevent forged requests, browser session storage to restore access to your current anonymous report, and first-party local storage to remember launch attribution for up to seven days. The beta does not use third-party advertising cookies.
Your choices and security
You may stop using the service at any time. Because reports are anonymous and access-controlled by a browser token, we may be unable to identify or recover a report after that token is lost.
We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us with privacy or security questions.
