Public beta policy
Terms of Use
Last updated July 25, 2026
These terms govern use of the SEO Consensus public beta. By using the service, you agree to them.
Beta service
SEO Consensus provides automated on-page SEO analysis, keyword research support, and advertising-copy drafts. The beta may change, be limited, experience errors, or be suspended without notice.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into these terms.
Your responsibilities
Submit only publicly accessible pages that you are permitted to analyze. You are responsible for the URLs, context, and other information you provide and for complying with applicable law and third-party rights.
You grant us the limited permission necessary to fetch and process submitted public content solely to provide, secure, and improve the requested service.
Generated results
Recommendations, keyword metrics, scores, and advertising drafts are automated decision support. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation.
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, advertising approval, policy compliance, conversion performance, or business results. Review and independently verify all output before publishing, bidding, or making business decisions.
Service ownership
SEO Consensus and its software, interface, branding, and original materials are owned by the service operator or its licensors. You retain rights you hold in information you submit and are responsible for your use of generated output.
Availability and termination
We may impose limits, reject requests, or suspend access to protect users, providers, infrastructure, or budgets. We may discontinue the beta at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, the service operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or inability to use the beta.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The updated date on this page identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
